Service Description
Personally, I would get a massage or see my physio every week, if I could afford it. But I can’t. That doesn’t mean I can’t use massage techniques to relieve tension and discomfort in my lower back, hips, legs and feet. I’ll show you some practical ways you can ‘get stuck in’ yourself. This workshop is standalone, but can be a companion to the upper body self-massage workshop.
