Service Description
We know that the group of muscles called the 'pelvic floor' help to support the bladder, uterus and bowel, but there is much, much more to the story. In this workshop, we'll look at the structure and function of the pelvic floor, but also explore the connection between the pelvic floor and the nervous system, and learn some exercises to strengthen and to relax the pelvic floor.
