FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable clothing that allows movement, for example, tracksuit pants, yoga pants, leggings or comfortable shorts with a T-shirt, fitted T-shirt or singlet.  You don’t want your clothes to be too baggy as you may find this annoying in certain positions when your shirt may ride up.  You also don’t want clothes to be so tight that they restrict movement.

Do I need to bring my own yoga mat?

Yes, and any other props you may wish to use (cushions, blankets, straps or blocks). Unfortunately, during the current COVID crisis the studio cannot offer mats or other props. If you do not have a mat and wish to purchase one, YogaChi can help you with that.

How can I book a class?

You can select your class via our Online Booking page.

How can I pay for classes?

Payment for classes can be completed via our Plans & Pricing page. You can either buy a multi-class pass or a single class pass.

Are any of your classes suitable for beginners?

Absolutely! Beginners are welcome to all classes. There will be time in all classes for adjustments and corrections.  Remember, it is your practice: you should take classes at your own pace.  Please give yourself a few weeks of classes to get used to yoga.

Do your classes run in accordance with the school term?
